Requirements

  • Experienced Workday HCM Compensation Architect with 4 to 7 years of specialized expertise to design and implement innovative Workday solutions that streamline and optimize human capital management processes.
  • Design and implement scalable Workday HCM Compensation solutions to improve organizational efficiency and employee experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications.
  • Ensure seamless integration between Workday and existing systems while maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
  • Provide expert-level guidance on Workday Compensation best practices, configurations, and optimization strategies.
  • Perform regular system audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all configurations, workflows, and technical processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Workday HCM Compensation issues promptly to minimize system downtime and disruption.
  • Lead user training sessions and support adoption by improving user proficiency across HR and business teams.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve functionality, efficiency, and user experience.

  • Partner with stakeholders to identify and implement continuous process improvements using Workday capabilities.
  • Support HR teams with data analysis and reporting to facilitate informed decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Ensure that all Workday Compensation configurations align with broader organizational goals and HR strategy.
  • Proven expertise in Workday HCM Compensation, including configuration, implementation, and support.
  • Experience working with Workday Core HCM and integrations is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Proficient in creating documentation such as technical specifications, process flows, and user guides.
  • Capable of working independently, managing priorities, and delivering results within deadlines.
  • Demonstrated proactive approach to learning new Workday features and evolving technologies.
