Requirements
Experienced Workday HCM Compensation Architect with 4 to 7 years of specialized expertise to design and implement innovative Workday solutions that streamline and optimize human capital management processes.
Design and implement scalable Workday HCM Compensation solutions to improve organizational efficiency and employee experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications.
Ensure seamless integration between Workday and existing systems while maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
Provide expert-level guidance on Workday Compensation best practices, configurations, and optimization strategies.
Perform regular system audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all configurations, workflows, and technical processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve Workday HCM Compensation issues promptly to minimize system downtime and disruption.
Lead user training sessions and support adoption by improving user proficiency across HR and business teams.
