Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Motion Graphic Designer. The position is located in Sadar. The Motion Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating and producing engaging motion design and motion graphics content. This role includes collaborating with the design and production teams to develop visual content, as well as participating in brainstorming sessions to create innovative concepts. The successful candidate will ensure all graphic design projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.

What You’ll Be Doing :

Creating engaging motion graphics for social media, digital ads, reels, explainer videos, and campaign content

Collaborating with designers, writers, and strategists to shape narratives and bring them to life

Owning end-to-end animation workflows—from storyboard to final export

Experimenting with new trends, tools, and formats to keep our work fresh and exciting

Supporting our clients with creative concepts that move audiences (literally and emotionally)

Requirements

1-2+ years of experience in motion graphics (agency or content studio preferred)

Strong command of Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop & Premiere Pro

A portfolio that showcases your motion design skills and creative thinking

Bonus if you know 3D animation tools (Blender, C4D), video editing, or have an eye for sound design

A keen sense of timing, visual rhythm, and design aesthetics
