Role Description :

We’re looking for a Product Solutions Analyst to support the design and improvement of business systems for our TURI platform. You will work with the Product team to analyze needs, define requirements, and deliver data-driven solutions that improve efficiency, performance, and customer experience.

You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, customers, and operations , translating maritime workflows into intelligent, scalable product features.

Key Responsibilities :

• Partner with business leaders to understand each module goals, identify challenges, and develop system strategies.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, technology-driven solutions through process mapping, automation, and data integration.
• Create User Stories in Jira based on the business requirements and walk through the requirements with the software development team.
• Work closely with software development team, providing guidance, knowledge sharing, and support to build the product.
• Participate in customer calls and help in product support.
