The Role :
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience. You will be responsible for managing campaigns end-to-end, ensuring performance goals are met, and contributing directly to client growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Manage budgets effectively to achieve ROAS, CPA, and CPL targets
- Build structured campaigns and run A / B tests on creatives, copy, and landing pages
- Analyse data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights
- Collaborate with design and strategy teams to align campaigns with business goals
- Stay updated on platform changes, tools, and performance marketing trends
