MGSC, location wise is present in Pune (India), Düsseldorf (Germany) and Szczecin (Poland). We provide HR, Finance, IT & Business operations support to 31 countries, speak 24+ languages and process over 18,000 transactions a day. • A senior backend engineer with strong Java and Spring Boot expertise, who can design and optimize complex distributed systems.
• Someone with deep Camunda / CIB7 knowledge and a process-oriented mindset, able to drive workflow automation at scale.
• A collaborative technical leader who mentors engineers, influences architecture, and ensures reliability and scalability.

This role matters to us…

As Senior Backend Engineer you will contribute to, METRO’s global Quality Management System, which harmonizes and streamlines quality assurance processes across countries and stores. Camunda is at the foundation — enabling complex workflows and business process integrity. In this role you will be guiding the technical direction and mentoring other engineers.
