About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

Senior Technical Project Manager

to lead SaaS platform implementation projects within the Pharma R&D and QC Laboratory ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong domain expertise with LIMS, CDS, and laboratory instruments, combined with deep knowledge of SaaS architectures and proven project management skills. This role requires the ability to manage complex implementations, drive cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with pharma quality standards, and deliver on project goals using agile or spiral methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation of SaaS platforms in Pharma R&D and QC Lab environments.

Develop, track, and maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.

Establish and manage work breakdown structures (WBS) aligned with agile or spiral methodologies.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, validation specialists, lab analysts, and external vendors.

Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and pharma industry best practices.

Manage project documentation, logs, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.

Facilitate regular stakeholder communications, status updates, and executive briefings.

Oversee integration between Systems, LIMS, CDS, ELN, and laboratory instruments.

Monitor resource allocation, timelines, and project costs while ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

8+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years managing SaaS platform implementations.

Experience working in Pharma R&D or Quality Control or Digital / IT Service provider in laboratory environments.

Domain knowledge of LIMS, CDS, ELN, and laboratory informatics systems.

In-depth understanding of SaaS software architecture and cloud-based deployment models.

Demonstrated expertise in agile and spiral development methodologies.

Strong knowledge of GxP, data integrity principles, and compliance requirements.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional and executive engagements.

Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile certifications).
