Job Summary :
We are looking for a creative and results-driven
Social Media Marketing Specialist. The ideal candidate should have at least
2 years of hands-on experience
in developing content strategies, managing paid campaigns, and analyzing social media performance.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute
content calendars
and
posting schedules
for each platform.
Create engaging, platform-specific content (text, image, and video).
Manage
daily posting ,
community engagement , and timely responses.
Plan and execute
paid ad campaigns
across platforms (especially Meta and LinkedIn Ads).
Track and report on key
metrics and analytics
to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to align messaging.
Requirements : Minimum
2 years of proven experience
in social media marketing.
Strong knowledge of
LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X
– organic + paid.
Proficiency in tools like
Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Buffer / Hootsuite , or similar.
Solid understanding of
analytics tools
(e.g., Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics).
Excellent
written and verbal communication
skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with
graphic design tools
(e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
Knowledge of
SEO
and how it integrates with social content.
Experience working in a B2B or tech environment is a bonus.
