Front Desk Receptionist

Key Responsibilities :

• Greeting and Welcoming : Providing a friendly and professional first impression for visitors and callers.
• Answering Phones : Managing incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate person or department, and taking messages.
• Managing the Reception Area : Ensuring the reception area is clean, tidy, and presentable.
• Handling Mail and Deliveries : Receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Scheduling Appointments : Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and booking conference rooms.
• Maintaining Office Supplies : Monitoring inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
• Providing Information and Assistance : Answering general inquiries and providing directions or assistance to visitors.
• Administrative Tasks : Assisting with tasks like data entry, filing, and photocopying.
