Job Title : Lead CTRM Developer

Location : Hyderabad

Experience : 7+ years

Employment Type : (Full-time / Contract)

Domain : Commodities Trading and Risk Management (CTRM)

Job Summary : We are looking for an experienced Lead CTRM Developer to join our team and lead the development and customization of CTRM solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with CTRM products such as DycoTrade, Sonata CTRM, Novada , or similar platforms, with a strong understanding of commodities trading, risk management, and back-to-front office processes.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of customizations and enhancements within CTRM platforms.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Integrate CTRM platforms with internal and external systems (e.g., ERP, risk systems, market data providers).
  • Optimize and troubleshoot system performance and application issues.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers.
  • Ensure code quality and compliance with best practices and standards.
  • Support UAT, deployment, and post-production activities.
  • Stay updated on CTRM industry trends and product updates.

Required Skills and Experience :

  • 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3–5 years focused on CTRM platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more CTRM solutions such as :
  • DycoTrade
  • Sonata CTRM
  • Novada
  • Allegro, OpenLink Endur, Eka, Aspect, or other CTRM platforms (nice to have)
  • Strong knowledge of commodities trading (agriculture, energy, metals, etc.).
  • Proficient in .NET / C#, SQL Server, and integration technologies (e.g., APIs, web services).
  • Familiarity with trade lifecycle, risk management, settlements, and logistics modules within CTRM systems.
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
