Job descriptionGraduate in any stream (Commerce background preferred). Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi. Confident, polite, and professional phone etiquette. Basic computer and WhatsApp / email handling skills. Prior experience in telecalling, client coordination, or B2B outreach will be an advantage. Maintain call logs, update CRM or Excel sheets, and track responses. Schedule follow-up calls or meetings for senior team members. Share brochures, book details, or digital communication materials via WhatsApp or email. Build a rapport with professionals and ensure positive communication at all times.
