Job Title : Account Manager – Domestic & APAC Recruitment

Location : Chennai / Bangalore

Experience : 10–12 Years

Industry : Recruitment / Staffing (Domestic & APAC)

About the Role :

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Account Manager with strong exposure in Domestic (Pan-India) and APAC recruitment operations . The ideal candidate will be responsible for client relationship management , requirement analysis , and team coordination to ensure timely and quality delivery across multiple clients, including direct clients and implementation partners .

Key Responsibilities :

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and manage end-to-end recruitment delivery.
  • Gather detailed requirements from clients and allocate them effectively to the recruitment team.
  • Manage domestic (Pan-India) and APAC region hiring needs across various industries and domains.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with direct clients, implementation partners, and delivery teams .
  • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Track and analyze delivery performance to ensure client satisfaction and SLA adherence.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and support account growth.
  • Provide strategic insights on market trends, talent availability, and hiring strategies .
  • Mentor and guide the recruitment team to ensure consistent delivery performance.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • 10–12 years of experience in staffing / recruitment industry .
  • 6–8 years of domestic recruitment experience (Pan-India exposure mandatory).
  • Hands-on experience managing APAC region requirements.
  • Proven track record in client handling and account management .
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and sourcing strategies.
  • Experience working with multiple implementation partners and direct clients .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and teams simultaneously.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and internal ATS systems .
