About the Role :
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Account Manager with strong exposure in Domestic (Pan-India) and APAC recruitment operations . The ideal candidate will be responsible for client relationship management , requirement analysis , and team coordination to ensure timely and quality delivery across multiple clients, including direct clients and implementation partners .
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and manage end-to-end recruitment delivery.
- Gather detailed requirements from clients and allocate them effectively to the recruitment team.
- Manage domestic (Pan-India) and APAC region hiring needs across various industries and domains.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with direct clients, implementation partners, and delivery teams .
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Track and analyze delivery performance to ensure client satisfaction and SLA adherence.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and support account growth.
- Provide strategic insights on market trends, talent availability, and hiring strategies .
- Mentor and guide the recruitment team to ensure consistent delivery performance.
Required Skills & Experience :
10–12 years of experience in staffing / recruitment industry .6–8 years of domestic recruitment experience (Pan-India exposure mandatory).Hands-on experience managing APAC region requirements.Proven track record in client handling and account management .Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and sourcing strategies.Experience working with multiple implementation partners and direct clients .Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple accounts and teams simultaneously.Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.Experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment will be an added advantage.Proficiency in recruitment tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and internal ATS systems .
