Role Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Project Manager (Solar) to lead end-to-end execution of utility-scale solar power projects across India. This strategic role is based at Mumbai HO, with frequent travel to project sites during critical phases. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in managing multi-megawatt solar projects from design and engineering to commissioning, including land coordination, EPC / vendor management, and site execution.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Planning & Execution

• Lead the complete lifecycle of solar project execution – from DPR, engineering coordination, procurement follow-ups, and site mobilization to COD.
• Develop and monitor project execution plans, ensuring adherence to cost, schedule, and quality benchmarks.
• Coordinate with land, engineering, procurement, logistics, and construction teams for seamless implementation.
• Identify execution risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and drive timely resolution.
