Job descriptionFollow up with leads generated through marketing, social media, and telecalling. Maintain proper follow-up records using CRM or Excel sheets. Convert qualified leads into admissions by building trust and clarity. Achieve monthly and quarterly enrolment targets. Offer consultation sessions through phone, video, and walk-ins. Promote new courses, eBooks, and online learning materials. Collaborate with the digital marketing team for campaign follow-ups. Participate in school / college events, webinars, and promotional activities. Promote Abhith Siksha’s YouTube and e-learning content to attract students. Prepare daily and weekly admission reports. Coordinate with academic and finance teams for fee collection and course scheduling. Provide feedback on student queries, market trends, and competitor offerings. Excellent communication & persuasive skills (English, Hindi, Assamese preferred). Strong understanding of educational sales and student psychology. Ability to work under targets with integrity and discipline. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Google Sheets). Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Education, Business, or Communication). 1–3 years of experience in Education Counselling / Sales / Telemarketing . Freshers with strong communication and learning attitude are welcome. Performance-based incentives and recognition. 🎯 Objective of the Role
The Education Sales Counsellor will guide students, parents, and working professionals toward suitable educational programs offered by Abhith Siksha Pvt. Ltd. The role focuses on counselling, lead conversion, and achieving enrolment targets for online and offline courses such as ADRE, TET, B.Ed., and APSC .

- Counsel prospective students and parents about course options, eligibility, and learning outcomes.
- Explain the features and benefits of Abhith Siksha’s online and classroom programs.
- Understand student goals and recommend appropriate courses and packages.
