Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an After Sales Service Specialist. The After Sales Service Specialist will be responsible for handling after sales team, customer inquiries, managing service requests and complaints, coordinating with the service team for timely resolution, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties also include maintaining service records, providing technical support and guidance, analyzing service data to identify recurring issues, and suggesting improvements. This position requires close collaboration with the sales and technical teams to ensure that service standards are met and exceeded.

Qualifications

• Managing a after sales team
• Experience in the refrigeration or process cooling industry.
• Experience in customer service, managing service requests, and handling complaints
• Technical skills related to analyzing service data and providing technical support
• Ability to maintain service records and documentation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Field, or related field preferred
