Job Overview :

We are seeking a Creative Marketing Head to spearhead the growth of Tutorac Marketplace. This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing platform that aims to become the go-to destination for hiring IT tutors. You will lead our brand strategy, digital marketing initiatives, and community-building efforts to ensure that Tutorac is top-of-mind for anyone looking to hire IT talent. Your leadership will drive the success of our marketing campaigns, user acquisition, and brand development.

Key Responsibilities :

Brand Strategy : Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy to position Tutorac as the leading marketplace for IT tutors.

Creative Campaigns : Oversee creative development, including content creation, video production, and graphic design for digital marketing campaigns.

Growth Marketing : Plan and implement innovative user acquisition strategies using SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media platforms.

Community Engagement : Build and manage a vibrant community of tutors, students, and educational partners.

Influencer Partnerships : Develop partnerships with influencers, educational institutions, and tech companies to enhance brand awareness.

Lead Digital Marketing : Drive campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. Analyze performance and optimize accordingly.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with the product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment with business goals and brand messaging.

Data-Driven Strategy : Use data analytics to measure the success of marketing campaigns, refine strategies, and improve ROI.

Qualifications :

Experience : 7+ years of experience in creative marketing, brand strategy, or digital marketing, preferably in EdTech or IT education.

Proven Leadership : Experience managing marketing teams and overseeing the end-to-end execution of large-scale marketing campaigns.

Strong Digital Expertise : Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content strategy.

Creative Vision : Excellent storytelling, content creation, and creative direction skills.

Data-Driven : Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to make marketing decisions.

Proactive and Self-Starter : Ability to work independently and take the initiative in a fast-paced, growing startup environment.

Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
