Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring blue-collar workers for various home building projects. The Recruiter will maintain a talent pipeline, coordinate with contractors and homeowners, manage job postings, and ensure a smooth recruitment process from start to finish. Additional responsibilities include conducting background checks and onboarding new hires. Flexibility and effective communication with both candidates and stakeholders are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates
• Proficient in maintaining a talent pipeline and managing job postings
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to conduct background checks and onboard new hires
• Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the home building industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
