Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Call Center Executive will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries, resolve customer concerns, and document customer interactions. The position also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and assisting with sales through effective communication and solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service to professionally and empathetically address client needs
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders
• Familiarity with Contact Centers and related technologies to perform call-related tasks efficiently
• Sales experience to identify opportunities and provide solutions that meet customer requirements
• Ability to work collaboratively and handle customer queries effectively in a fast-paced environment
