Basic knowledge of application development and software lifecycle concepts. Familiarity with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript). Understanding of databases (SQL / NoSQL) and version control tools (e.g., Git). Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to learn. Good communication and teamwork skills. Experience with enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, or similar). Familiarity with cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Exposure to Agile or ITIL methodologies. Internship or academic project experience in software / application development. Hands-on training and mentorship from experienced IT engineers. - Participate in testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Document technical processes and application configurations.
