ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our team and support hiring for critical roles within our Data Center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management, ensuring a seamless recruitment process aligned with business needs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• End-to-End Recruitment : Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles within data center operations.
• Sourcing Strategy : Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and talent mapping to attract top talent.
• Stakeholder Management : Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements and provide consultative recruitment support.
• Vendor Management : Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality candidates.
• Pipeline Building : Maintain a strong talent pipeline for niche and critical roles.
• Compliance & Reporting : Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements; maintain accurate recruitment metrics and dashboards.
• Employer Branding : Promote the organization's brand through recruitment campaigns and candidate engagement initiatives.
