About the Role
We’re looking for a Business Development & Growth Manager to drive new business, grow key accounts, and shape opportunities across brand, web, product, performance, and commerce.
You will lead the full cycle from prospecting → pitching → negotiating → onboarding, working closely with the founders and leadership.
This is a revenue-impacting role with visibility and influence.
Responsibilities - WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Identify client partnership opportunities
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
- Maintain existing business
- Think critically when planning to assure project success
- Drive client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction.
- Act as the point of contact for new clients to ensure that SOW, Contracts, Invoices etc are in place and any other document / legal formalities are solved for when onboarding new clients / accounts / projects.
- Work collaboratively with the Business Head and Leadership team in structuring the business growth.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant business tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understand client needs and communicate with them effectively to internal teams to meet and exceed expectations.
- Stay in the loop and on top of the latest standards, developments, and growth across industries.
- Be an active part in Business calls and build relationships with the prospects
- Follow up with potential leads, identify blockers, and move forward accordingly
Qualifications - WHO YOU ARE
Someone with a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.Work experience of 2-3 years in Business Development / Strategy / Consultancy role in a Marketing agencyEager to learn and willing to work in a high-pressure environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skillsProven knowledge and execution of successful Digital marketing StrategiesFocused and goal-orientedStrong analytical skills and data-driven thinkingUp-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurementHow We Work (Life with the Wolfpack)
