Hiring : Product Manager

Sova Health is India’s fastest-growing precision gut-health startup, building solutions across diagnostics, personalized nutrition, and D2C wellness. We’re expanding our product team and looking for a Product Manager who can own execution across CRM, automations, IVR, WhatsApp, and internal tools.

📍 Location : Gurgaon

🕐 Work Mode : Full-time, 5 days on-site

What You’ll Do

Own product roadmap & execution across CRM, internal tools, and customer journeys
Create PRDs, flows, and wireframes; work closely with engineering, CX, ops & marketing
Manage CRM workflows, automations, and lead funnels (LeadSquared preferred)
Execute WhatsApp campaigns & automation journeys (WATI / Gupshup)
Build automation flows using n8n or similar tools; work with APIs & webhooks
Support call workflows, IVR routing (Exotel preferred)
(Bonus) Experience with D2C / Shopify, checkout flows, or post-purchase journeys

Requirements

2+ years in Product, Growth, CRM, or Automation roles

Strong hands-on CRM experience

Comfort with APIs, JSON, and automation tools

WhatsApp automation experience (mandatory)

Experience with n8n, Exotel, or Martech tools is a plus

Ownership mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced founder-led environment
