Role Description

The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the development team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions, managing project timelines, and fostering team collaboration. Daily tasks include front-end development, software development, and using Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles. The role requires close collaboration with other departments to ensure knowledge sharing and effective project execution.

Description :

• The Lead is required to guide a team of C# and .net developers in architecting and implementing enterprise scale C# and .net applications. This includes architecting the business requirements into technical design and leading a team of c# and .net developers to implement the applications.
• Successful applicants can expect to work in fast paced environment and will work with dynamic projects teams.
• Analyzing user requirements, envisioning system features and functionality.
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable .Net codes by setting expectations and features priorities throughout development life cycle.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and recommend system solutions by comparing advantages and disadvantages of custom development.
• Contributing to team meetings, troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms
• Provides technical and architectural direction to the software team supporting .Net applications.

Required Experience :

Qualifications

Proven experience in Team Leadership and overseeing development teams

Strong skills in Front-End Development and familiarity with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)

Proficiency in Software Development and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment in Bengaluru / Coimbatore

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Experience working with .NET framework is a plus
