Job Description :

Zencon is seeking an US IT Recruiter to work remotely to support our current recruitment process.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Interview candidates and understand technical jargon
• Use various sourcing techniques and hunt candidates
• Conduct Boolean searches
• Generate interest in passive candidates and sell the job - Call, email, social marketing
• Update internal candidate database with candidate details and notes
• Use creativity in finding the right talent
• Hit weekly targets
• Update resume formatting to make it presentable
• Must have good communication skills
• Must have at least 2 to 6 years US IT Recruiting experience

Expectations of the job :

Minimum target of 2 quality job submissions per day, 10 a week.

Minimum 1 closure in a month
