Job descriptionBuild and deploy intelligent agentic workflows using LLMs, retrieval systems, and multi-step reasoning that integrate with our data and software ecosystem. Design robust pipelines for the extraction and processing of information from unstructured data Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate real user needs into scalable AI solutions. Lead performance evaluation, reliability improvements, and safe deployment of AI systems. Shape our AI strategy and contribute to high-impact product initiatives. Built and shipped production-grade agentic LLM systems with continuous monitoring, real-world performance evaluation, and iterative improvements. Proficient in Python and familiarity with modern AI frameworks (LangChain, OpenAI Agents / Assistants, LlamaIndex, etc.). Hands-on experience with RAG, embeddings, vector DBs, prompt design, and agent orchestration. Ability to design multi-step agentic systems that interact with external APIs and tools. Strong software fundamentals : testing, CI / CD, code quality, cloud infra (AWS preferred). Collaborative mindset and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-moving startup environment. Familiarity with document-processing, PDF parsing, or IR systems. MLOps experience (monitoring, observability, scaling). Interest in climate, sustainability, or environmental intelligence.
