Job description
  • SuccessFactors Compensation;
  • 1. Minimum 4 to 8 End-To-End Implementations in Compensation module.

    2. Minimum 2 to 4 End-To-End Implementations in Variable Pay module.

    3. SuccessFactors certifications in Compensation and Variable Pay.

    4. Hands on experience in Custom break up calculations in Compensation templates

    5. Good Knowledge in Compensation and Variable Pay functional Processes and pushback logics.

    6. Experience in Rewards and Recognition functionalities

    7. Experience translating client business appraisal processes to technical business requirements

    8. Experience in Compensation Route maps / Approval process and step types for Comp, Variable pay and combined templates.

    9. Experience in custom statements and applying logics to the statements.

    10. Experience in Calibration process for compensation management

    11. Have worked on Integration between Employee Central, PMGM and Compensation Management.

    12. Experience in working with integration between SuccessFactors Compensation and third party vendors.

    • SuccessFactors Payroll;
    • 1. Experience in leading, configuring and implementing large, enterprise SuccessFactors Payroll (ECP) projects mainly with Nigeria deployment experiences

      2. Minimum 3 full life cycle SuccessFactors EC Payroll implementations

      3. Experience in all payroll processes are compliant with local (Nigerian) and global payroll regulations.

      4. Experience in Nigerian labor laws, tax regulations, and social security requirements, including filing relevant reports and remittances

    • 5. Design, configure and maintain payroll components including;
    • wage types, benefits integration, deductions, off-cycle activity, garnishments, accumulations, date and period modifiers and reporting

      6. Configure and maintain all wage types and determine taxation rules, FI mapping, infotype association and permissibility rules

      7. Experince in Statutory Deductions such as TCC -Tax Clerance Certificate, Contributary Pension Scheme (CPS), National Housing Fund (NHF), Employees Compensation Fund (ECF)

      8. Payroll Integrations

      9. Experience in configuring UI mashups,

    • SuccessFactors Employee Central Lead;
    • 1. Minimum 2 – 4 End-End-To Implementations in EC

      2. Hands on experience in EC with Time and Position Management

      3. Hands on experience in MDF Objects, Rules, and Workflows

      4. Good Knowledge in HR Business Processes and Talent Management Processes

      5. Experience in Successfactors Integration with SAP for Payroll and Benefits

      6. Collaborating with HR and business stakeholders to understand and document current HR processes and future requirements for the Employee Central module.

      7. Managing the integration of Employee Central with other SAP SuccessFactors modules and third-party systems

      8. Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap / blueprint development

      9. Understanding of Time Off rules,configuration of Time Objects, like Time Profiles, Time Types and Time Sheets

      10. Strong executive presence and ability to interact with Customer Top Management

      11. Experience in handling incidents and well versed in error analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving.

      12. Experience in proactively monitoring solutions and application and suggest improvement areas.

    • SuccessFactors EC Time Tracking;
    • 1. Minimum 2 full-cycle implementations of EC Time Tracking (preferred global rollouts).

      2. Lead end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors EC Time Tracking solution.

      3. Gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specifications

      4. Configure EC Time functionalities, including : Time Profiles & Time Recording Profiles, Time

      Valuation & Rules, Overtime Calculations, Working Time Accounts (WTA), Absence Management

      (integration with Time Off)

      5. Hands on experience in EC with Time and Position Management

      6. Hands on experience in MDF Objects, Rules, and Workflows

      7. Good Knowledge in HR Business Processes and Talent Management Processes

      8. Stay updated on SuccessFactors Time Tracking product roadmap and recommend best practices

      9. Experience in Successfactors Integration with SAP for Payroll and Benefits

      10. Collaborating with HR and business stakeholders to understand and document current HR

      processes and future requirements for the Employee Central module.

    • SuccessFactors LMS;
    • 1. Certified in SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS)

      2. 5 to 7years of experience in SuccessFactors with at least five End-End-To Implementations in LMS

      3. Experience in Integration with BizX, HRIS Sync and Icontent and Proxy Configuration

      4. Hands on experience in LMS Reporting BIRT / PRD

      5. Good experience in Connectors, Properties of Connectors, System configuration, Custom column, APMs, various tools available in LMS

      6. Experience in connecting with 3rd party LMS content providers (TACO, SkillSoft)

      7. Experience translating client business rules to technical business requirements

      8. Experience in Integration with CDP

      9. Knowledge in Validate LMS (VLMS)

      10. Good experience with different types of Items, Prerequisite / substitute items, Catalogue, Curriculum, Period based Curriculum, Scheduled offering, Collection, External links, Quiz, Exam, Survey, Assignment Profiles

      11. Experince in Successfactors Integration Center

      12. Excellent experience in running Advanced and ad-hoc reports based on the requirements

    • SuccessFactors Employee Central;
    • 1. Minimum 2 - 4 End-End-To Implementations in EC

      2. Hands on experience in EC with Time and Position Management

      3. Hands on experience in MDF Objects, Rules, and Workflows

      4. Good Knowledge in HR Business Processes and Talent Management Processes
