About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and driven Assistant Manager – Inside Sales to manage inbound and outbound leads, conduct virtual product demonstrations, and ensure smooth coordination between Inside Sales and Field Sales teams. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with strong communication skills and a passion for building relationships to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management : Handle inbound inquiries and outbound lead calls, follow up via calls / emails, and update leads in CRM.
- Sales Coordination : Act as a liaison between Inside Sales and Field Sales teams, ensuring effective communication and lead handovers.
- Virtual Demos : Deliver engaging online product presentations and address customer queries.
- Customer Engagement : Build and maintain strong client relationships to increase conversions.
- Reporting : Track lead status, provide timely updates, and share insights with the sales team.
Required Qualifications
Graduate degree in any discipline.Minimum 3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Relationship Management, or related roles.Key Skills (Mandatory)
