Our office in India, G D S ME Computer Systems India Pvt Ltd, the exclusive Distributor of Prokon in India is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Application Engineer with a strong background in Civil / Structural Engineering to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Presales and Training experience with Prokon, Staad, or ETABS software. The Application Manager will play a pivotal role in providing technical support to our clients, conducting training sessions, and assisting in the pre-sales process to promote our engineering software solutions.Key Responsibilities : - Provide expert presales support for Prokon addressing customer inquiries and showcasing product features.- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for channel Partners & clients, ensuring they gain a thorough understanding of software functionalities and applications.- Collaborate with Channel sales / technical teams to develop and deliver customized demos, presentations, and proposals tailored to client needs.- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners / clients to ensure their successful adoption and continuous use of the software.- Gather and analyze channel / client feedback to contribute to product enhancements and future developments.- Stay updated with industry trends, standards, and advancements in civil and structural engineering to provide relevant insights to clients.- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving client issues related to Prokon- Create documentation, training materials, and user guides to facilitate client understanding and usage of the software.Qualification- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.- 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, training, or application support specifically for Prokon, Staad, or ETABS.- Extensive knowledge of Civil and Structural Engineering principles and practices.- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information effectively.- Proven ability to build relationships and engage with clients at various levels.- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and capacity to work independently or as part of a team.  How to Apply : Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and a cover letter detailing their experience and qualifications related to the role to G D S ME Computer Systems India Pvt Ltd is an equal opportunity employer.
