Role Overview : We’re looking for a Senior Manager – Sales to lead our offline expansion and revenue growth. You’ll manage a team of Associate SMs, BDMs, ABDMs, and Counsellors, driving performance, optimizing funnels, and scaling Nxt Wave’s reach across new territories.???? What You’ll Do : Own the end-to-end sales funnel (Lead → Demo → Conversion → Retention)Drive revenue forecasting, funnel optimization, and territory planningLead, coach, and motivate regional sales teams for consistent performanceAnalyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and execute growth plansEnsure operational excellence and top-tier learner experience????
