Job descriptionUse Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP, etc.) to analyze large datasets and generate meaningful insights. Develop reports and dashboards to support decision-making processes. Identify data discrepancies and work with teams to resolve issues. Identify gaps in existing banking workflows and propose automation or optimization solutions. Document business requirements, process flows, and system functionalities in a clear and structured format. Work with IT teams to translate business needs into functional requirements. Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams. Facilitate discussions, conduct workshops, and ensure stakeholder alignment. Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure successful implementation of system changes. Support risk and compliance teams in regulatory reporting and audits. Ensure banking product configurations align with compliance and risk management guidelines. Experience with banking products like Moody’s, Risk, SAP, or similar financial tools . Understanding of risk management, financial reporting, and banking regulations . Familiarity with financial models, credit risk, or compliance frameworks is a plus. Excel (Advanced) : Pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP, data validation, and macros (preferred). Data Analysis : Ability to work with large financial datasets. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in cross-functional teams and fast-paced environments.
Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst – Banking with experience in banking products such as Moody’s, Risk Management, SAP, or similar financial systems . The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills , including proficiency in pivot tables, formulas, and VLOOKUP , and will work closely with business and technology teams to analyze, document, and optimize banking processes.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance banking product functionalities and improve business processes.
