Requirements :
- Strong technical experience in Java Full stack development / architecture
- Ability to lead a Java Full Stack engineers to implement cloud native SaaS products (using AWS cloud)
- Strong experiences on cloud-native technologies like Microservices, Service Mesh, Container, API management, Serverless etc.
- Cloud technologies : AWS - Compute, Storage, Analytics, and Containers service, JVM technologies : such as Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate / JOOQ etc
- Strong experiences on cloud-native technologies like Microservices, Service Mesh, Container, API management, Serverless etc.
- Expert with CSS, HTML5, Java, Hibernate, JavaScript, Unit testing, Cloud development AWS / Azure, Concurrent design and multithreading, Microservices architecture (MSA), Object Oriented Programming System (OOPS), REST
- Proven expertise in designing and developing scalable Java applications, leveraging cloud-native technologies and Spring AOP / Spring Batch / Spring Boot / Spring Core / Spring MVC / Spring Security
- Proficiency in React.js (Or Node) / TypeScript / Angular / AngularJS / Ember.js / Vue.js etc.
- In-depth knowledge of distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and messaging frameworks.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Solid understanding of concurrent programming concepts, multithreading, and parallel processing.
- Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases and optimizing database performance for scalability.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyse and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and continuous integration / continuous deployment (CI / CD) practices is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Understanding the client's business use cases and technical requirements and be able to convert them into technical design which elegantly meets the requirements.Mapping decisions with requirements and be able to translate the same to developers.Identifying different solutions and being able to narrow down the best option that meets the client's requirements.Defining guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementationWriting and reviewing design document explaining overall architecture, framework, and high-level design of the application for the developersReviewing architecture and design on various aspects like extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, NFRs, etc., and ensure that all relevant best practices are followed.Developing and designing the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements; and defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks to materialize itUnderstanding and relating technology integration scenarios and applying these learnings in projectsResolving issues that are raised during code / review, through exhaustive systematic analysis of the root cause, and being able to justify the decision taken.Skills Required
