Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Head located in Hyderabad. The Finance Head will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support the company's strategic goals. Responsibilities include leading financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulations, analyzing financial data to provide insights and recommendations, and managing relationships with external stakeholders such as auditors and financial institutions. Collaboration with other departments to align financial strategies will also be a key part of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting
• Experience in Financial Reporting, Auditing, and Regulatory Compliance
• Strong Analytical Skills, Decision-Making, and Problem-Solving Abilities
• Leadership and Team Management Skills
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Educational qualifications such as CPA, CA, or a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Experience in the digital transformation or technology consulting industry will be advantageous
