Job descriptionExperience : 3-7 years in land acquisition, real estate, or a related field. Education : Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Skills : Strong negotiation and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of land laws, property documentation, and regulatory procedures . Experience working with government departments and revenue officials . Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and close deals efficiently. Prior experience in commercial, residential, or industrial land acquisition . Familiarity with local real estate markets and regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Understand client requirements regarding land size, location, and intended use .
- Identify suitable land parcels and conduct feasibility studies.
- Negotiate with landowners, government agencies, and other stakeholders to secure favorable deals.
- Liaise with revenue officials and relevant authorities to ensure a smooth purchase process.
- Handle documentation, legal formalities, and compliance related to land acquisition.
- Coordinate with internal teams to assess zoning regulations, land titles, and due diligence requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with real estate developers, local authorities, and property consultants.
