Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pre-Sales Associate located in Bengaluru. The Pre-Sales Associate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, preparing presentations, demonstrating product functionalities, and handling customer inquiries. This role involves close collaboration with the sales and product teams to create compelling proposals and solutions that address client needs. The candidate will engage in product demonstrations, technical discussions, and solution design.

Qualifications

Experience in preparing and delivering presentations and product demonstrations

Strong knowledge of ERP services and digital transformation products

Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into viable solutions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Collaborating with sales and product teams to develop tailored solutions

Technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field

Previous experience in pre-sales roles or similar positions is an advantage
