Sales Executive

Job Purpose

To ensure exceptional customer delight, drive customer loyalty, and contribute to overall business growth through high-quality service, effective communication, and customer-centric initiatives.

CTC - Upto Rs. 28000 to Rs. 29000 Gross (depending on years of exp) + Incentive + Medical Insurance.

Store Location -

Pune Laxmi Road & Market City - 12 openings in sales (Executive & Senior Executive)

Andheri Lokhandwala - 10 Openings in sales (Executive & Senior Executive)

Key Responsibilities

Manage counter sales with professionalism, ensuring seamless customer service and satisfaction.

Provide prompt, courteous, and informed assistance to all customers, addressing queries and offering complete product / service details.

Maintain updated customer feedback records in the system.

Conduct regular physical stock checks and ensure accurate inventory records.

Initiate and support small-scale marketing and promotional activities.

Organize and execute customer engagement programs and events.

Drive new customer acquisition and reactivate dormant customer accounts.

Understand customer preferences to align product offerings and support effective stock management.

Qualifications & Experience

Education : 12th / Diploma / Graduate / Postgraduate

Experience : 2 to 6 years, preferably in the luxury retail or jewelry industry

Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota

Strong written and verbal communication skills
