Job description

Job Title : Remote Java Developer.

Location : Remote / Hybrid (Preferred regions : EMEA, USA, UK, Japan).

Experience : 27 years.

Type : Role

As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust, scalable, and high-performance backend applications.

Youll work with a team of engineers, architects, and product owners to build APIs, integrate databases, and implement core business logic for web and enterprise Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and related frameworks.

  • Build scalable RESTful APIs and ensure secure integration with frontend and third-party services.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code that adheres to best practices.
  • Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to solution design.
  • Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
  • Debug and resolve technical issues in production and staging environments.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams in Agile / Scrum environments.
  • Ensure continuous integration, delivery, and deployment using DevOps Skills We Value
  • Proficiency in Java 8+, with solid knowledge of OOP, multithreading, and data structures.
  • Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate / JPA, and Maven / Gradle.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and web services.
  • Experience with relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization using Docker.
  • Understanding of CI / CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.
  • Experience with unit testing frameworks like JUnit or TestNG.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure) is a plus.
