Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified : Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified : Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or similar credentials are a plus.
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Application Administrator to join our team. As an IT Application Administrator specializing in Active Directory, Office 365 and Office tools , the person will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our customer organization's IT infrastructure. By leveraging the expertise in AD and Office tools administration, the person will help empower Customers end users to collaborate effectively and drive business success through technology innovation
Skills (Must Have)
- Proven experience in administering and supporting Active Directory, Office 365 environments and Office tools .
- Strong understanding of AD concepts such as domains, forests, trust relationships, and group policies.
- In-depth knowledge of Office tools, O365 services and administration tools , including PowerShell .
- Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM) principles and technologies.
- Experience with security and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, GDPR, HIPAA).
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and departments.
