Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented SAP HCM Consultant with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP HCM modules to ensure seamless HR operations.

You will work closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to understand requirements, deliver solutions, and enhance employee lifecycle management through SAP.

Key Responsibilities :

• Configure, customize, and maintain SAP HCM modules including :

1. Organizational Management (OM).

2. Personnel Administration (PA).

3. Time Management (TM).

4. Payroll (Knowledge preferred, even if not hands-on).

5. ESS / MSS.
