We’re looking for professionals with 1–4 years of recruitment experience or a strong interest in talent acquisition.
Please note : We are specifically looking for candidates with experience recruiting in the EU, UK, or US markets . Domestic IT recruitment experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and define candidate profiles.
- Source candidates using , job boards, internal databases, and networking events.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure technical and cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
What We’re Looking For :
Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role, preferably in the EU / UK / US markets .Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry terms.Excellent sourcing techniques and familiarity with various recruitment platforms.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
