We partner globally with pharma companies, distributors, and healthcare organizations to bring cutting-edge diagnostics to millions of patients.

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial professional to join our International Partnerships team. The role will focus on managing and expanding Neodocs’ presence in international markets where we already have projects, including the Philippines, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Cameroon, and Nepal, along with other high-potential regions.

This person will play a key role in driving new partnerships, nurturing existing projects, and ensuring the success of ongoing collaborations.

The position is in-office, six days a week (Monday–Saturday), and might also involve international travel to meet partners, support market entry, and ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Development & Exploration

○ Research and analyze international markets where Neodocs products can be a strong fit.

○ Identify and reach out to potential partners such as distributors, pharma companies, or healthcare providers.

○ Support in preparing market-entry strategies and proposals.

  • Partnership Management
  • ○ Assist in scouting and engaging new leads.

    ○ Participate in calls and discussions with potential partners to understand market needs and synergies.

    ○ Coordinate internal teams for proposal development, pricing, and deal negotiations.

  • Project Success & Execution
  • ○ Manage ongoing projects with international partners to ensure smooth execution.

    ○ Act as the point of contact for partners in the Philippines, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Cameroon, Nepal, and other regions.

    ○ Monitor project deliverables, timelines, and outcomes.

    ○ Track and report on partnership performance.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration
  • ○ Work closely with product, operations, and marketing teams to align with international partner requirements.

    ○ Coordinate logistics, onboarding, and marketing initiatives where required.

    Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or related fields (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or international markets (healthcare / pharma / diagnostics experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with eagerness to explore new markets.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Mandatory : Ability to work from the office, Monday–Saturday.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
