Key Responsibilities :
Lead and support end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
Configure and customize CRM modules Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.
Design and develop solutions using Power Automate, Azure Functions, and Azure Web Apps.
Manage data migration, integration, and environment setup for D365 projects.
Perform system customization, plugin development, and JavaScript-based UI enhancements.
Troubleshoot technical issues, perform code reviews, and ensure solution scalability and performance.
Prepare technical design documents, and provide post-deployment support.
Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality Skills & Qualifications :
8+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Online & On-Premise).
Strong knowledge of Sales, Service, Marketing, and Field Service modules.
Proven experience in customization and configuration of D365 CRM.
Proficiency in Power Automate, Azure Functions, and Azure Web Apps.
Solid experience in data migration, API integrations, and plugin development (C# / .NET).
Experience in 34 full lifecycle CRM implementations.
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects in parallel.
Microsoft Certified : Dynamics 365 (CRM) certification Role-Based Requirements :
For Azure Function Role :
Expertise in integrating Dynamics CRM with Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and cloud-based workflows.
For Integration Role :
Proven experience in inbound and outbound CRM integrations (REST / SOAP APIs, webhooks, middleware :
