Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and support end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
  • Configure and customize CRM modules Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.
  • Design and develop solutions using Power Automate, Azure Functions, and Azure Web Apps.
  • Manage data migration, integration, and environment setup for D365 projects.
  • Perform system customization, plugin development, and JavaScript-based UI enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, perform code reviews, and ensure solution scalability and performance.
  • Prepare technical design documents, and provide post-deployment support.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality Skills & Qualifications :
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Online & On-Premise).
  • Strong knowledge of Sales, Service, Marketing, and Field Service modules.
  • Proven experience in customization and configuration of D365 CRM.
  • Proficiency in Power Automate, Azure Functions, and Azure Web Apps.
  • Solid experience in data migration, API integrations, and plugin development (C# / .NET).
  • Experience in 34 full lifecycle CRM implementations.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in parallel.
  • Microsoft Certified : Dynamics 365 (CRM) certification Role-Based Requirements :
  • For Azure Function Role :
  • Expertise in integrating Dynamics CRM with Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and cloud-based workflows.
  • For Integration Role :
  • Proven experience in inbound and outbound CRM integrations (REST / SOAP APIs, webhooks, middleware :
