Sales & Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Manager – Sales & Marketing for Oil-Filled Distribution and Power Transformers, CRT / VPI Transformers.

Locations : Delhi | Hyderabad | Pune | Bangalore | Chennai

Qualification : B.E / B.Tech / MBA

Experience : 2–3 Years

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.

Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients, consultants, and channel partners.

Prepare and present technical and commercial offers, tenders, and project proposals.

Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure customer requirements are clearly defined and met.

Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and potential market segments.

Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure timely resolution of commercial and technical issues.
