Master’s degree in business management or human resources
Demonstrated ability in selling and delivering across most areas of Work & Rewards i.e. Competencies, leadership, advisory, transformation, PMS, Careers, OD, Manpower, Data, Rewards Design, Executive Compensation and Job Evaluation etc
Demonstrated ability in developing and participating in business presentations
Demonstrated capacity to propose and win profitable new business
Demonstrated ability to build strong client and associate working relationships
Able to produce high quality written work, such as business reports or proposals
Able to convey ideas in coherent, fluent and logical manner
Leading projects across Work and Rewards, etc
Understanding Project management, Client management and Sales / Bend for sales
Proven project management skills
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team of high performing consulting professionals
Self-driven achiever with a value for teamwork, collaboration, decisiveness, integrity in all that is done
Strong working knowledge of the following PC-based software applications for analysis and reporting : Excel, Word, PowerPoint
