Network Operations Engineer

Job Summary :

As a Network Operations Engineer, you will be a key member of the Infrastructure Engineering team, supporting critical services across network infrastructure, cloud platforms, and operational tasks. Your role involves L1 / L2 incident management, firewall / load balancer support, troubleshooting, and assisting with cloud-based deployments and migrations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide L1 and L2 support for incidents, troubleshooting, firewall / load balancer requests, and infrastructure changes
• Manage BAU operations including alert monitoring and incident resolution
• Collaborate with cloud service providers for integration and remediation tasks
• Drive technical discussions across infrastructure and development teams to enable cloud deployment (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
• Design cloud-based infrastructure solutions aligned with business SLAs
• Maintain documentation including technical diagrams, timelines, and presentations
• Work on migration and re-architecture of on-prem applications to cloud environments
• Ensure change requests and incidents are resolved within agreed SLA
• Stay updated on tools and technologies for networking, cloud, and security
