Community & Brand Associate

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Community Manager with 0-1 years of experience to help us build and strengthen our brand presence through strategic partnerships. This role will focus on collaborating with padel and pickleball centres, premium gyms, brands, and other community-driven activation to create meaningful collaborations, have our brand visible in various touchpoints where our target audience lies and grow our offline and online communities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and relationship-building skills to identify, engage, and manage these partnerships effectively.CTC : 4-5 LPAKey Responsibilities : Community Discovery & Outreach : Identify and reach out to relevant brands and communities across Instagram who align with our brand values and audience.Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with brands to foster long-term partnerships.Campaign Coordination : Plan, brief, and coordinate brand collaboration campaigns from start to finish—ensuring timely deliverables, brand alignment, and consistent messaging.Performance Tracking : Monitor campaign metrics, compile reports, and share insights to measure effectiveness and guide strategy.Trend Monitoring : Stay updated on Instagram trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging brands to inform future collaborations.Database Management : Maintain an database of brand contacts, conversations, and campaign historyWhat we are looking for : Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship management skills.Understanding multiple ways to collaborate with communities.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Interest in the Indian digital landscape, influencer ecosystem, and brand collaborations.Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on partnership opportunities.This role offers hands-on experience in community activations and brand collaborations, providing valuable exposure to the fast-growing wellness and lifestyle industry.
