Team
The Sales Incentive Compensation (SIC) team at Glean is a dedicated function with end-to-end ownership of sales compensation—from plan design and documentation through data validation, calculation, audit, and payout—under clear governance and strong controls. The team works closely with Sales Ops, Finance, HR, and Payroll to ensure fair, accurate, and timely payouts, while providing centralized, responsive support to resolve seller questions quickly
Role
At Glean, we’re hiring a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst in Bengaluru, INDIA to own and elevate our end‑to‑end sales compensation operations. Reporting to the Manager, Sales Compensation, this role partners with HR, Finance, GTM Sales, Sales Operations, Accounting, and Payroll to deliver accurate, timely, and transparent commissions, SPIFFs, and other variable incentives.
You will lead the process for commission calculations, bookings tracking and crediting, monthly & quarterly payouts, and administration of our Everstage ICM instance—building strong controls, documentation, and auditability while driving scalability as we grow.
