Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Team Manager to lead, coach, and manage a team of professionals within our recruitment operations at PSG Global Solutions India.
The ideal candidate will be a strong people leader with a proven ability to drive performance, manage KPIs, and ensure consistent delivery of client expectations. This role requires excellent communication, analytical, and motivational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team or support specialists to achieve performance and productivity goals.
- Monitor and manage team metrics such as productivity, quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and team huddles to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand requirements, manage expectations, and deliver exceptional service.
- Analyze daily / weekly reports to track performance trends and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- To establish a positive, collaborative, and high-performance culture that aligns with PSG’s values and operational standards.
- Manage team schedules, attendance, and adherence to SLAs and company policies.
- Ensure compliance with client-specific and organizational quality standards.
- Drive engagement, motivation, and retention through recognition, transparency, and open communication.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Business Administration, or related field.8-10 years of experience in recruitment operations, staffing, or shared services, with at least 4 years in a leadership or team management role.Proven ability to manage high-performing teams in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.Strong understanding of recruitment processes, performance metrics, and service delivery management.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision while maintaining a focus on results.Proficiency with MS Excel, reporting tools, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred.Preferred Skills
Experience working in an RPO or BPO environment supporting international clients (especially US-based).Expertise in people management, coaching, and performance improvement planning.Strong analytical mindset and comfort with reporting and dashboard tools.Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) is an advantage.Demonstrated success in driving employee engagement and retention.Job Details & Compensation
