Job Title : Engineering Manager

Location : HSR Layout, Bangalore

Employment Type : Full-Time

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the use of deep learning algorithms for a range of applications, such as CNNs, RNNs, and Transformers.
  • Effectively coordinate cross-functional teams while overseeing the AI project lifecycle from inception to delivery.
  • Lead the creation, advancement, and implementation of cutting-edge AI technologies, making sure they complement corporate objectives.
  • Mentor junior team members to foster growth and ensure quality :
  • Proven experience in managing AI projects and leading technical teams.
  • Strong knowledge of deep learning architectures, particularly CNNs and Transformers.
  • Experience in team leadership, mentoring, and fostering a positive work culture.

Technical Skills :

  • Experience in people management
  • Expertise in data processing, ML systems, MLOps, and infrastructure
  • 5+ years with cloud tech , DevOps / MLOps.
  • Strong skills in Python, SQL, and data modeling (DBT is a plus)
  • Familiar with Spark, Airflow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, Keras
  • Experience leading engineering teams in ML adoption

    • Preferred Skills :

  • Strong project management skills, with experience in Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Contributions to open-source AI projects or a portfolio demonstrating impactful work.
