Role Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic Team Lead to manage and drive our second-line sales team. You will be responsible for coaching your team of Area Managers to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Area Sales Managers to exceed their individual and collective targets.
- Implement regional sales strategies and go-to-market plans..
- Monitor team performance through key metrics.
- Work with your team to secure and grow business with large hospital chains, key distributors, and institutional clients.
- Provide actionable feedback from the field on market trends, competition, and customer needs.
Must-Have Qualifications :
MBA is a plus.
