Key Responsibilities :
Connect with clients to assess their Health and Motor insurance needs.
Explain plan coverage, benefits, premium details, and exclusions clearly.
Recommend suitable insurance options and assist in policy issuance or renewal.
Compare quotations from different insurance companies for the best value.
Manage client documentation and ensure timely renewals.
Maintain strong client relationships and provide after-sales support.
Stay updated with IRDAI guidelines and insurance market trends.
Requirements :
Minimum 5 years of experience in General Insurance (Health & Motor).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of insurance products, claim processes, and documentation.
Basic computer proficiency (Excel, CRM, email communication).
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently. of the role, what success in the position looks like, and how this role fits into the organization overall.
