Human Resources Intern

Job Title : Apprentice (Human Resources)

Location : Gurgaon, Pune

Department : HR

Stipend – 15k / month for a year

Working hours : 3PM – 12AM IST | 5 days working from office

Job overview :

Key responsibilities :

• Support the on-boarding process by preparing employee documentation, organising orientation sessions, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Assist with maintaining and updating employee records in HR software.
• Assist with organising employee training and development sessions.
• Support employee engagement activities and initiatives.
• Assist with processing payroll data with accuracy.
• Preparing the HR communication – Fyler for Birthday / Work Anniversary / Festivities.
• Prepare reports on HR metrics and assist in HR analytics.
• Support with addressing employee inquiries and assist in resolving basic HR-related issues.
• Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, scheduling, and preparing documentation.
• Support HR projects and initiatives as necessary.
